Resources
If you need help now, there are a number of crisis hotlines where you can get immediate emergency support. You do not have to do this alone. Everyone who needs help or seeks help deserves to receive it.
The hotlines are staffed by trained volunteers, with text and chat often available.
This list is not exhaustive as there are many local resources organized by state.
